You Can Now install Android TV And Nvidia Shield Games On Your Smartphone -- Legally!

Most Android smartphone users have always wanted to play the hardcore games designed for Android TV and NVIDIA Shield instead of the casual games on the Play Store. Well, those doubting the possibility of a smartphone handling such should give it up because theres a 'new Sherrif in town'.

A Reddit user named 'blackman9' has come up with a way... i mean a legal way of installing games such as Resident Evil 5, Borderlands 2, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on your Android device.

According to the Reddit user, no root is required to set it up on your Android device. Blackman9 explained that one will have to spoof  Google Play Store and it think that your device is an NVIDIA Shield. At this stage, the user can now use a third party app called the YALP Store to download apps in APK format and install it on any Android device.

However, not all games will run as you expect especially those that require high specs for it to run.

Comments from the thread showed that games such as The walking Dead so3, Talos Principle and Grim Fandango may work on an Android device that has enough processing power to run.
